Up close with manta rays in Mozambique 👌

Ocean giants, like manta rays, whale sharks and dolphins are critical to maintaining balance in ocean ecosystems. All three of these amazing marine creatures are regularly seen in the crystal clear waters of Southern Mozambique, where the project researchers capture data on their movements and numbers.

You'll help with setting up underwater 'listening stations' to further identify individual animals and understand how far they travel, where they feed and where they spend the majority of their time. All of the data is used to design effective protection measures for these Endangered and Critically Endangered species.
